Fees and payments
Immigration and naturalization law is very complex. We receive dozens of questions via e-mail, letter and telephone each week. The answers to these questions cannot be provided without discussion and analysis. Bound by the rule of ethics we are not allowed to give legal advice without establishing an attorney/client relationship, i.e. a paid consultation. The initial consultation with Attorney Friedrich Casutt von Batemberg may be conducted by e-mail, telephone, by letter, or in person. All information discussed during the consultation shall be treated confidential pursuant to the Attorney-Client privilege. To retain the Attorney's services, you will need to execute a Retainer-Agreement, the terms and condition of which will be discussed and explained at such point.

As payment options we accept:

  • U.S. Money Order,
  • Personal, cashier's check or bankers draft from any U.S. bank,
  • Visa-Card,
  • Master-Card,
  • AMEXCO-Card or
  • Discovery-Card.

If you retain the services of our law office for the matter discussed in your consultation within seven calender days, the payment of your consultation will be credited towards the overall cost of your case.

For Credit Card Payments, please use the following secure link:

Our fees are considered as reasonable. A partial payment is due at the start of the process, and the balance is paid in part at each stage of your process. However, as a service of our office, we are able to create a payment plan to provide help to clients make payments in monthly installments, over the duration of their process.
