EB-5 INVESTOR/EMPLOYMENT CREATION VISAS

10,000 visas are available per year for alien investors in new commercial enterprises or existing enterprises restructured after November 19, 1990 and who create employment for at least ten individuals and who invest at least 1 Mio Dollar.

FAMILY BASED IMMIGRATION VISAS

U.S. citizens may petition for spouses, parents, children and siblings. For so called immediate relative aliens there are always visas available, so no waiting time applies. Lawful permanent residents may petition for spouses and children.

DV-1 "GREEN CARD"- LOTTERY

55,000 visas are annually allotted in a random drawing to individuals from nations underrepresented in the total immigrant pool. For example, people born in Canada, Mexico, England, India, China, and the Philippines can not participate. Please click to page "links".

ASYLUM AND REFUGEE APPLICATIONS

Persons with a well founded fear of persecution on the account of race, nationality, religion, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion may be eligible to apply for refugee or asylum status.

Our office does not handle appli-cations for political asylum or refugee status but we may transfer the individual case, with the clients consent, to another competent law office.

EMPLOYMENT BASED IMMIGRATION VISAS

EB-1 Extraordninary Ability, Outstanding Professors and Researchers and Multinational Executives and Managers. No time consuming labor certification process necessary.

EB-2 Workers with Advanced Degrees or Exceptional Ability in the Sciences, Arts or Business. Must have a job offer (except in the case of a NIW, National Interest Waiver), and the employer must complete the labor certification process under PERM*. In cases where a petitioner can show that his entry is in the national interest, the job offer an labor certification requirement can be waived (i.e. health care related requests).

EB-3 Skilled Workers and Professionals (University Degree). Job offer and labor certification process under PERM*.

EB-4 Special Immigrant Visas for religious workers, ministers are eligible for LPR.

* Due to the ethical problem of dual representation (employer and employee) we do not offer legal services for PERM (Labor certificate for immigrant visas).
